The Process of Animation:
- A storyboard it made and the creators discuss the entire film
- the storyboards are presented as the story
- Before the animation is done, the dialog is recorded so the animators know what the character are going to say
- After dialog, a rough sketch of the characters without backgrounds or colors are made. Some movies have used over 50,000 individual sketches
- Once the entire film has been drawn on paper, the animation drawings go to the inking department. There, the inkers copy the animation drawings on to a clear celluloid acetate, sometimes called a Cel.
